Labyenne is an International Toy Company brand I created for my final year project. The name LabyEnne derives from the main character’s name “Laby” and “Enne” from “Enneagram” (Enneagram is a model of personalities in where there are nine personality types and everyone is classified into one of the

nine personality types). The marketing strategy for this toy company is for potential customers to find out their Enneagram personality and purchase its respective animal figure.

In the world of LabyEnne, the 9 animals represent the 9 different personality types.

LabyEnne is a project I did to convey a message to the public, "To be yourself and not someone you're not!" trust yourself and be who you want to be, don't follow trends and follow what the others say/want you to be. Because at the end of the day, only your own opinion matters.

Inside the comic:

The story tells how Laby robbed from her home, hatched as a lost egg, journeys to find what and who she is. However despite trying her best to fit in with others, she still wasn't able to find where she belonged. After encountering many different obstacles along the way, in the end she finally realises that life isn’t about finding who you are and trying to fit in with others, it’s about creating yourself and being who you want to be.

The 9 toy figurines with its respective packaging. Each packaging is designed specifically to each animal's habitat. A short description of each Enneagram personality type is also included on the side of the packaging.
